2007 CHEVROLET C6 CORVETTE ZO6 COUPE – MANUAL
The Chevrolet Corvette C6 is the sixth generation of the Corvette sports car that was produced by Chevrolet division of General Motors for the 2005 to 2013 model years.
It is the first Corvette with exposed headlamps, as opposed to hidden headlamps since the 1962 model.
Production variants include the Z06, ZR1, Grand Sport, and 427 Convertible. Racing variants include the C6.R, an American Le Mans Series GT1 championship and 24 Hours of Le Mans GTE-Pro winner.
The Z06 arrived for the 2006 model year as a homologation vehicle in the third quarter of 2005 and is the lightest of all Corvette models.
The Z06 was equipped with the largest-displacement small-block engine ever produced, a new 7,011 cc V8 engine codenamed the LS7.
Until the introduction of LT6 engine in October 2021, LS7 was the most powerful production naturally aspirated engine made by General Motors. In addition to the larger displacement engine, the Corvette Z06 has a dry sump oiling system, and connecting rods made out of titanium alloy. The frame of the Z06 is constructed from aluminium, saving 62 kg over the standard steel frame.
Other weight saving measures such as balsa wood/carbon fibre composite floors and a magnesium alloy engine cradle were used. The Z06’s body differentiates itself from the standard Corvette with its larger front and rear fenders and an intake inlet scoop on the front bumper. The front fenders are constructed with carbon fibre and the rear fenders contain ducts to aid in cooling the rear brakes.

We hold evidence of the Australian Government Import Approval dated the 12th of November 2009 # 61037/494 and then converted to RHD by the Corvette Clinic of Bundoora Victoria.
Currently under South Australian ownership, he has completed his own servicing and most recently done in May 2024, which included oil & filter change, air filter, new batteries for key fobs and new wiper blades. Also, serpentine and air conditioning belts recently changed.
Powered by a 7.0 Litre LS7 V8 engine, it produced when new 377Kw and 637Nm of power and torque, delivered to the rear wheels via a 6 speed manual gearbox. Performance figures suggest 0-100kph in 3.8 secs and a top speed near 315kph.

Larger 6-piston front and 4-piston rear callipers, including cross-drilled 355 mm (14.0 in) front rotors and 340 mm (13 in) rear rotors
This car is currently wearing 19″ front and 20″ rear Black Corvette rims with, however the original chrome 18″ & 19″ rims are available with this sale.
A very tidy example, with 7 litres of V8 up front and a 6 speed gearbox to play with, quite an exciting car to own!
