Power comes from two electric motors, one at each end of the car, making it an AWD vehicle with 375Kw of usable power. Performance figures suggest 0-100kph in just 3.3 secs and a top speed near 250kph.
Range for the car on full charge is approx. 340kms, but battery can be extended using the Tesla ‘Range tips’ also using your Tesla iApp and watching your intuitive consumption meter. However an electric car is just like a petrol car, the quicker you drive, the less distance covered by the fuel supply on board.
