2003 HOLDEN MONARO V2 SERIES 2 CV8 COUPE – MANUAL
Delivered new by R & B Smith Holden of Geelong on the 28th of January 2004, this example presents in Barbados Metallic with Black Leather interior trim.
Initial servicing was completed by the selling dealer, then workshops throughout Victoria, before it came with it’s present owner to live in South Australia. More recently, the car has been stored and not used, however it will be sold freshly serviced.
Powered by a 5.7 Litre V8 engine, it produced when new 235Kw and 465Nm of power and torque, delivered to the rear wheels via a 6 speed manual gearbox. Performance was stated at the time of 0-100kph in 5.7 secs and a top speed near270kph.
Amongst the last of the famous Monaro models, they are rapidly becoming collectible, especially since GMH is now part of Australian motoring history.
A nice example with moderate mileage on the odometer, certainly a collectible car to consider.
