Delivered new to it’s first owner who lived in Niles Illinois USA on the 3rd of November 1986. We hold a copy of the original warranty card with these details printed on it.
Delivering dealer was Gateway Chevrolet of Chicago Illinois, we hold the original folder from that dealer with all the relative documents inside.
Also held is the original build sheet relating to the car’s production at the Bowling Green Kentucky plant.
Presenting in it’s original Bright Red duco, it is powered by a 5.7 Litre V8 engine, producing 171.5Kw and 447Nm of power and torque, it is delivered to the rear wheels via a 4 +3 Doug Nash manual gearbox that features auto overdrive on 2nd,3rd and 4th gears. Performance claimed at release was 0-100kph in 6.7 secs and a top speed near 240kph.
