The 1984 Nissan 300ZX 50th Anniversary Edition (Z31) is a limited-production sports car celebrating Nissan’s 50th anniversary (founded in 1934) and featuring a 3.0 Litre V6 engine.
Built in very small numbers for the world market and one of 119 units sold new in Australia.
This example was delivered new by Melbourne Nissan of Racecourse Road Flemington Victoria on the 20th of September 1984.
Presenting in Platinum Metallic KLO ( a shade of Silvery Gold) over Black divided by Gold stripes, together with Black velour interior trim.
A very rare offering of a 50th Anniversary Edition in original condition and remarkably low mileage.
We hold the original books and delivery information and also some of it’s early servicing in Victoria.
Now under South Australian ownership, it has just been serviced by Rennen Motorsport of Marleston Adelaide on the 14th of November 2025 at 12,735 kms, so it is up to date for the next owner.
Powered by a 3.0 litre V6 (VG30E) engine, it produced when new 123Kw and 235Nm of power and torque, delivered to the rear wheels via a 4 speed automatic transmission. Performance figures at the time of release suggested 0-100kph in 7.5 secs and a top speed near 220kph.
It has been Historically registered in South Australia, however this registration is non transferrable.
Eligible for similar Historic schemes in most jurisdictions, this equates to minimal on road costs.
