Australian delivered new in January 1983 by Hamiltons of South Yarra, Melbourne, finished in Kiln metallic with a black cloth interior with all the books and a comprehensive service history.
Prior to reaching our showroom, this 204 bhp (150kW) 911SC Targa was comprehensively checked including an engine leak-down test which it passed with flying colours. When new, the 3 litre 911SC offered a 0-100km/h time of 6.8 seconds – a good time as the 911 was considerably lighter at that time with a weight of just 1160kg. It is tight and smooth to drive and the engine is very strong and responsive.
Factory ordered with the larger 16” Fuchs wheels, the Targa design is a real winner featuring a sheltered open-top 911 with an easy to fit roof insert which easily folds and is stored in the boot.
