Powered by a 1.8 Litre 4 cylinder engine, it produced when new 70Kw and 149Nm of power and torque, delivered to the rear wheels via a 4 speed manual gearbox. Performance at the time suggests 0-100kph in 11.6 secs and a top speed near 170kph, depending on the wind direction!
