This beautiful English roadster is a further development of the Giovanni Michelotti designed Triumph TR4, now with improved road holding via independent rear suspension (IRS).
A stunning presentation in Old English White with Matador red trim.

Powered by a 2.1 Lt (2138cc) 4 cylinder engine, it was claimed at release to produce 76.5Kw and 179Nm of power and torque, delivered to the rear wheels via 4 speed manual gearbox together with o/drive on 3rd and 4th gears, giving a 6 ratio capability. Together with Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) and a 6 ratio gear box, it was a leading sports car of its time. Performance suggests 0-100kph in 10.2 secs and a top speed near 175kph.
The present owner of over 10 years has been kind enough to supply the following information on his car:-
“White with Matador red trim, woollen carpets.
Car restored by Ian Burman over a decade with John Williams TSOA SA purchasing and completing the car. Subsequently bought back by Ian Burman after his desire for a Morgan waned. Restoration completed circa 2000after body off, chassis powder coated and mechanical items replaced or reconditioned. Paintwork by Findon Crash, Adelaide. Engine built up by Powertune Motors. Subsequent use by Ian Burman limited, All British Day, TSOA Show and occasional runs to Maitland from Ardrossan.
Purchased by current owner in 2011 when odometer showed 10,000 miles, now at 37,304 miles. Maintained and serviced, no expense
spared and open to any trial or inspection.
