Starting life in the US as a 289ci Mustang, this car has been converted to RHD and now sports a highly tuned 347ci (5.7Lt) Stroker V8 engine.

“Purchased privately in Adelaide in 2001 by current owner
Built at Dearborn factory in Michigan, U.S.A.
Full ground up restoration over 8 years by Gerace Restorations
Less than 200km driven since restoration

Car restoration brief was Restomod with appearance of standard where possible

Bilstein suspension all round
Aftermarket sway bars fitted under floor for handling improvement

OEM air conditioning unit paired up with modern air con components under the bonnet
Modern sound system with Bluetooth recently upgraded (hidden in glove box), includes amps and subs hidden in trunk
All new interior sourced and fitted
Timber steering wheel (Shelby spec)
Lap sash seat belts purchased and fitted front and rear (not an original component in 1965)
New soft top fitted (3 attempts until I was happy with it) Minor hole currently in drivers side
All mechanical work (servicing etc) performed post restoration by Paul Pavlou Motors in Thebarton
Inspected, driven, tuned and new battery fitted by Steve Pavlou the day before being handed to Richmond’s Classic Cars for sale
Since restoration:
Always garaged and covered
Never been entered in a car show (always meant to, just never got around to it)
Never been on a dirt road
Never seen rain
Has been driven less than 200km”
